Our vegan dark chocolate bar is crafted from ethically sourced Awajún cacao beans, known for their rich flavour and quality. Carefully selected from Peru, these beans are lightly roasted to highlight their natural red fruit, floral, and fruity tasting notes.

We take pride in every step, from directly sourcing the cacao to refining it through cracking, winnowing, grinding, and tempering processes. The result is a smooth, bean-to-bar chocolate made with certified organic cacao butter and coconut sugar—no refined sugars or additives. This gluten-free, refined sugar-free chocolate is perfect for pairing with a glass of red wine.
