Our Coffee Pink Peppercorn Chocolate Bar is handcrafted in small batches with our signature 70% Awajún dark chocolate, made from ethically sourced Peruvian cacao. We’ve paired it with organic Costa Rican coffee beans for a deep, rich flavour.

Then, we added something truly special—pink peppercorn. Despite its name, pink peppercorn isn’t related to black pepper. It’s actually the dried berry of the Schinus molle tree, prized for its delicate floral aroma and subtle fruity heat. Its bright, almost citrusy spice brings warmth and complexity, highlighting the chocolate’s depth and the coffee’s boldness.

The result? A rich, aromatic bar with layers of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and gentle spice—a flavour experience that feels like crisp mornings and cozy afternoons.
