Our Matcha Lemon White Chocolate is handcrafted with dairy-free white chocolate, sweetened naturally with coconut sugar, and infused with a vibrant blend of zesty lemon and premium-grade matcha from Whisk Matcha.

“Hoshinomura (星野村), translated as Starry Village, is one of the most beautiful villages in Japan, located in Yame, Fukuoka Prefecture, and it grows rare, one-of-a-kind, most refined matcha in Japan. Nestled in rugged mountains, Hoshinomura has the ideal weather and soil for tencha and gyokuro production.

We waited 4 years to find and introduce this very special matcha – Premium Matcha Patisserie. We didn’t want to use any low quality (2nd or later harvest) matcha for some so-called culinary matcha which are often associated with brown/yellow-ish color, strong bitter taste and fishy smells. We want something just as green, beautiful, smooth, fragrant while economical enough to be used in baking.”
