This delicately sweet bar is made by grinding the tea with our 50% Peruvian Awajún oat milk chocolate. It has notes of cherry, reminiscent of a black forest chocolate cake.
This, combined with the green tea flavour, goes great with a mug of herbal tea.
September 2023 Update: This year’s tea harvest has a stunningly beautiful, sweet floral aroma and taste that is more heightened than usual. As well, the distinctive fruity and sour notes that are characteristic of this tea are a bit milder than is typical. The sour and fruity aspects of the tea remain, but in a slightly subdued way, with this added floral note.
